Processing & Turnaround Time
The processing and shipping process can take 14-21 Business Days to complete (excluding weekends and canadian holidays). Everything is handcrafted in small batches, so during busy times (like Sabbats, holidays or big launches), shipping may take a little longer.
Services (such as Reiki, readings, spellwork or spiritual coaching) are usually completed within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from BC, Canada.
Domestic orders may take 3–10 business days to arrive once shipped.
International orders may take 2–6 weeks, depending on customs.
Please note, these times are all estimated.
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost items, or customs fees. Reach out to them for any concerns, as it is out of my hands from there.
If your order hasn’t arrived after a reasonable time, please contact me, I’ll do my best to assist.
Refunds & Cancellations
Can be cancelled within a 2-hour window from purchase, both bookings and shop.
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll gladly help find a solution (replacement or partial refund, depending on the case).
For services, cancellations are only accepted before work begins. Once energetic or spiritual work has started, no refunds can be issued.
Custom Orders & Requests
I welcome custom requests! Whether you want a personalized spell oil, embroidered veil, or tailored session, please use the Contact form before purchasing to discuss your idea. Custom work is priced individually and must be approved before checkout.
