6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise.

Shopify securely processes payments through third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).
I do not receive or store your full card details.

Prices may change at any time. Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are calculated at checkout where applicable.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping estimates are approximate

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside my control

  • International buyers are responsible for VAT, customs duties, import fees, or handling fees charged by their country

Refusing a package due to customs fees does not qualify for a refund.

Once transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit shifts to them.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

My policies follow UK/EU consumer laws while protecting hygiene-sensitive and custom items.
